Habitar

La serie “Habitar” es una exploración en curso de las diferentes formas de habitar el cuerpo por medio de la expresión sexual y de género. En cada una de las piezas y las capas de pintura en las mismas, se explora la multiplicidad del ser y los sentimientos de la artista al atravesar las distintas expresiones sexo-genéricas. Actualmente, la serie “Habitar” se encuentra expuesta en la Galería Van Zaig en Palm Desert, California.

The series "Habitar" (“Inhabit”) is an ongoing series exploring the various ways of inhabiting the body through sexual and gender expression. In each of the pieces and the layers of paint within them, the multiplicity of being and the artist's feelings while navigating different gender and sexual expressions are examined. You can find the “Habitar” series at Van Zaig Gallery in Palm Desert, California.
